Customer Support

Not to toot our own horn, but we're good. A common complaint amongst many people is that some companies just don't care enough about their customers. We can whole-heartedly say this is not true (for us, at least). We value our users more than most can imagine. While our business might only be open between 9-5 on the week days, there's always someone watching emails or feedback forms from our web site during the off hours and weekends (note: our spouses do not like this). We do what we do because at the end of the day, we're consumers also, and nothing beats the feeling of knowing you'll be taken care of when it's needed.
