It is random. I just added the dedicated video card so I could use the RealView and that may be part of the problem... and it crashed as I was typing this and 3D wasn't running, so I guess it is not a 3D only problem.

Uninstall old versions?
Having some performance issues with my computer and in control panel noticed I had every version of Pyware from 2.6 to 7.02 installed.
Any reason why I should NOT uninstall them?
Thanks!

PDF File sizes
When I use the "Save as PDF" function for charts, the files are astronomically larger than if I print to a PDF. For instance, a 42 page file using the "Save As" function is over 214,217 KB - printing to pdf? 711 KB When I compare the two side by side in Acrobat, there's not any difference that I can...

Text boxes off field
How about the capability of placing text boxes below the field? For those of us printing on 8 1/2 x 11 there is plenty of extra space below without having to reposition the boxes to account for drill.

Re: New to Pyware...Some Questions.
If you are marching the 7/8 as 2+2+3 eighth notes, when you are syncing the music to the drill, you tap the space bar at the point in the playback where you want a step to occur.

Rotation of individuals
Just wondering how one goes about setting up a 360 degree rotation? I have tried dividing in half - turning from front to back for half the counts allotted, then back to front for the other half. I get a 180 left followed by 180 right. If I do 180, 90, 90 all counter clockwise, it looks pretty jerky...

Re: Future Visual Editor functionality
A suggestion for the symbol map: I like to use dots for all of my performers and then move the letter to the label. I think it's easier to determine the center of a dot than the letter L. I would love it if there was a checkbox to have the map editor look at the labels to see if any of the letters ...

Re: Keeping equipment/unis in next drill in production
I'm no expert, but here are a couple of recommendations - I haven't done a continuation yet, but will soon. I am hoping this works! Under File, Application Options - you can set favorite fabrics. Should take care of the default uniform fabrics. Under Utilities, Cast List Editor - you can edit the Sy...

Changing default file locations
I write at home and at the office on different computers. Is is possible to set the default location that Pyware looks for all the necessary files like fabrics and props to a location like Dropbox, instead of copying everything into the Pyware folder on each machine after every session?
