3d viewer not working for drill

Hello,
I am new to Pyware, and am having trouble viewing the 3D animation for the drill that I just finished. For another drill, I just clicked on the header and it popped up, but it is not doing it with this drill.

The Real View should be enabled by default. If you do not see this open then go to File > Application Options> Display and then make sure that the Real View option is selected then you will need to restart Pyware 3D to have it launch.
