Pyware 3D viewer: QRcode scanner is not working

I have downloaded the Pyware 3D viewer and installed on my iPad.

When I am trying to scan the QR code, the scanner is not working. I only see a black part of the screen where the scanner should be active.
The app is not asking for camera permission during installation. And the permission can also not be granted after installation.

So now I have paid for the app, while is not working on all my devices.

The strange thing is that it is working on another IOS device. On this device the app was asking for permission to use the camera.

Can you please advise me, what the problem could be?

We are looking into the issue. There is an issue with permissions that seems to be on new devices only.

You should be able to use the URL option to download the drill as well.
