Shortcut Editor problem

I recently upgraded from version 2.1.something and I'm having some trouble with the Shortcut Editor.

When I pull down the UTILITIES menu and click on SHORTCUT EDITOR it becomes "selected" but nothing happens. I am expecting a window to open but - nothing. The words stay highlighted, even when I pull down the menu again. It seems stuck somehow...

In any case - can someone help?
I needs me some shortcuts!

It sounds as if the update did not install properly.
Could you reinstall the full program from your update CD? This should remedy your issue.

I purchased the update online with a credit card - just the other day.
The installer did the update automatically.

I don't have an "update CD".

I have emailed you direct links to download the 3D software full installers. Please install them directly over your current installation and this should remedy your issue.

The links you emailed do not work.
I've recieved ERROR messages when I click the llink.

Error 404: File Not Found
