hs_err_pid1000, Need help in installation of 4.2.8

I could not install pyware 3D v4. Whenever i tried to run the setup, there will be a pop up msg saying "Module C:\Program Files\Pyware 3D\jre\bin\eula,dll fail to register". When that msg pop out, you can only choose exit installation/try again/continue. Just wondering what was the problem and looking for help in this forum.
