I'm using a Mac with Lion 10.7.4 and 3D 7.0.2

I would like to know how to 'create a movie' with the internal sound being recorded. The software that gets launched by 3D doesn't technically support it. They recommend using Soundflower but I can't figure out how to configure it correctly to work.

I also tried Camtasia for Mac but it keeps crashing on me and won't make a recording.

Once you have downloaded and installed sound flower run Soundflowerbed. This will start a flower icon in the upper right corner. Then go to system preferences and go to sound. Then in the input tab select the sound flower 2 channel.

Then when the recorder comes up in the microphone pull down you can select the Soundflower 2 channel. This will allow the sound to be routed through the microphone andwill record properly.

I am writing this from memory so it may not be 100% correct. I will edit this post when I return to the office in the morning.

Unfortunately, that didn't work. I still only get video with no audio.
