Kudos to the Pyware Staff

I'm sure it must get monotonous all day reading problems and complaints so I just wanted to take the time this morning to express my most sincere thanks to Mark Mullins and everyone else involved in troubleshooting and helping all users get the most from our time and tools.
In the time span of only 10 minutes this morning, Mark had replied separately to two different questions with links and advice on how to solve my issues. Thanks to each of you at Pyware for the great software and the excellent customer service you provide to keep us up and running daily. I cannot thank you enough!
