 Post subject: Can't move the grid area

My "move the grid area" tool doesn't see to do anything. I can zoom in (and out) with the zoom tool, but I can't move around the area while I'm zoomed in. Therefore, the only way I can see areas of the field other than the center, is to zoom out.

I have been having the same problem. I can get it to move but it takes multiply attempts with the mouse. It seems to he "hanging up".

I have the lastest updates on Version 4 running on big computer with Windows 7
