I've noticed that Pyware has trouble syncing MP3s sometimes, particularly if there is a loud "spike" at any point. It seems to me that the loud volume "spike" completely shuts off the syncing when I am trying to do it.

Anyone else have this problem?

What bitrate are your Mp3 files set too? We suggest 192 Kbps to be the most compatible.

This particular one is at 64. I have Soundforge, yet I don't see an option to raise the Kbps to 192. Anyone out there know of any software that will do this?

Hey Nikk,

I use Audacity... it's free! I don't know about adjusting the kbps option... never tried that, but maybe you can do that?

I use a software called CDDA Extractor. It is a shareware program for $32. It works really well for me. The website is http://www.poikosoft.com.

Nikk,

In Sound Forge, go to Process > Resample. From there, choose your sample rate.

Hope this helps.

I use GOLDWAVE to edit my audio. It is simple and free. You can save files in a large number of different formats and qualities.
