How do I change a PDF file to a different program? Okay, So I have a picture in a PDF file that I was trying to upload onto facebook. It didn't let me do so. My question today is, how am I able to put the picture that I have in the PDF file into another program which I can upload these onto Facebook?

If you open the PDF in Adobe Reader then go to the tools menu. Under Select & Zoom there is a snapshot tool.
This will allow you to drag a box over the area you want to copy. Then open a Paint program and choose paste from the edit menu.
You can then save the file as a Jpg that can be uploaded to facebook.
