If you prefer to use Google Drive as your cloud storage service, please follow the instructions below to save your mobile app file and generate a shareable link that you can create your QR code with.

1. Save As Mobile App File

To view any drill file on the Pyware 3D Viewer App, you’ll need a mobile compatible drill file. These drill files have a “.3da” extension, so the file might look like filename.3da. To save a .3da file, go to File > Export File > Export 3D App File.

2. Upload the File to Google Drive

Once you have your .3da file, you’ll then want to upload the file to Google Drive.

3. Sharing Options

Right-click on the uploaded .3da file and choose Share. This opens a new window; click Copy Link in the upper right corner.

4. Generate Shareable Link

Go to Google Drive Direct Link Generator and paste your copied link in the “Enter your sharing URL” field.

5.Get Shareable Link

Click Create Direct Link, then select the entire link in the “Output Link” field and copy the link.

6. Generate a QR Code

Go back to Pyware, and go to File and Print QR Code. In this new window, you’ll want to enter a name for the QR Code in the “Drill Title” box, then paste the link you copied earlier in the “Drill URL” box.

At this point, you can either print the QR Code, or save the QR Code in PDF format for distribution.
