Once your Text Box Template has been created, applying the template to all pages is extremely quick.
Text Box Templates are applied to all pages on count zero of a drill. If you add a template to any other count of the drill, you will not be prompted to apply the template across all pages.
To begin, make sure both anchors are on count 0 of your Count Track.
Open the Text tool on your Tool Palette.
In the Text Tool Control Panel, select your template from the Templates menu and press Use Above. You’ll be prompted to confirm adding the template to all pages of the drill.
Select Yes and your text box template will be added to every page in your drill file.

The Text Box font size is impacted by the screen resolution that they are designed on. If you create the text box on a high resolution (retina displays, for example) screen and then open the file on a screen with a much lower resolution, there could definitely be some discrepancies in size. This is something that we are currently looking into a better solution for. As it stands now, designing and/or viewing the drills closer to a similar resolution should help. While that's not feasible for all, adjusting the size of the font would be the other option.
If you're concerned about print size, there's an option in the Print Charts dialog (version 7.2.4 and greater) to force the text box to print at a font size that you specify.

How do I adjust the font of all of the text boxes on all of the pages without having to change each one individually? Every time you share and open up a drill file on another computer, the text defaults to a small font.
