Adjuster Tool Ribbon
  • Revert: This reverts all changes that have been made in the current tool.
  • Straighten Pathways: This will delete the existing pathways and change them to straight lines.
  • Reset to Hold: This will reset the selected performers to a hold.
  • Focus All: The editing focus is on all performers in the selection. All performers move together when edited. This also allows for the editing of the pathway for all performers.
  • Focus None: This removes all selected performers from being focused allowing you to select a different performer to focus.
  • Focus One: This limits the focus to a single performer that is focused when clicked on allowing for the editing of the pathway.
  • Edit Steps: This allows for the editing of individual steps of the pathway for the focused performer(s).
  • Edit Paths: This allows for the editing of the pathway for the focused performer(s).
  • Delete Half (Minus): Deletes half of the current edit handles.
  • Add Half (Plus): Adds half of the current edit handles.
  • Curved Shape: This will toggle between a straight line and curved line between the editing handles.

Mirroring Widget Edit Tool Mirror Inspector

  • Pattern: Enables the mirroring pattern option.
  • Pattern Information: Enter a custom pattern for the selection of performers or groups to mirror.
Pattern Format: Use only letters M H V N X O:
  • M or X: Mirror All Directions
  • H: Mirror Horizontal
  • V: Mirror Vertical
  • N or O: No Mirror

Example with 6 selected shapes: Edit Tool Mirror Pattern

  • To mirror the first to of every 3 shapes:
  • Pattern: M M N

Presets

  • Alternating Mirror: Mirrors the other performers or groups vertically and horizontally.
  • Alternating Horizontal Mirror: Mirrors the other performers or groups horizontally.
  • Alternating Vertical Mirror: Mirrors the other performers or groups vertically.
  • Pattern Presets: These are quick buttons to set a mirroring pattern. The pattern options are:
  • Alternating XO Opposite Mirror: Mirrors the O vertically and horizontally.
  • Alternating XO Horizontal Mirror: Mirrors the O horizontally.
  • XO Vertical Mirror: Mirrors the O vertically.
  • XXOO Opposite Mirror: Mirrors the Os vertically and horizontally. The number of XX or OO in the pattern indicates the number of performers or groups that will go in that letter’s direction.
  • Group By Shape: When selected and multiple shapes are selected each shape is mirrored.
  • Group By Place: When selected individual performers are mirrored.

Sequencer Widget Edit Tool Sequencer

  • Sequence Transition: The transition can be sequenced when enabled.
  • Step Off: Number of counts in which performers step off.
  • Drop Off Every: Number of count in which performers Drop off and complete the transition.
  • Drop Off After (Duration): The total count duration a performer will march during the sequence to create the drop off.
  • Drop Off Using: The stride size that the performers will take to get to the ending position to create the drop off.
  • Pick New Leader: Enables the ability to choose a new performer to start the sequence.
  • Pattern: Need more information on how this works.
  • Group By Shape: The sequence settings are applied to each group as a whole.
  • Group By Place: The sequence settings are applied to each performer individually.
  • Change Order: Allows you to change the order of the performers sequence.
  • Identify Action: Identifies the action that the performers or groups are taking .
  • Identify Order: Identifies the order that the performers are sequencing in.
  • Preview: Enable Preview animation of the sequence and adjust the test speed of the sequence.


Display Options Edit Tool Display

  • Dim Other Positions: Makes positions that are not selected dimmer.
  • Measure: Toggle the stride size measurements on or off. Adjust the opacity of the stride size background.
