Sets: Choose to print All page tabs or a Custom selection of page tabs.
Exclude: Choose to exclude Subsets and or waypoints from the coordinate list.
Layer: Choose the tab layer to print the coordinates from.
Print Set: This option will print a coordinate for the set.
Set: This is the set number of the coordinate to be printed.
Sub: This indicates if the set is a subset or not.
Count: This is the count of the set for the coordinate.
Title: This is the set title for the coordinate. Changes made here will be reflected in the production sheet.
Sort by: These options are sorting filters to sort the performers in a specific order. Options include Symbol, Label, Name, Shape and Rank.
Starting Set #: This edits the starting set number of the drill. It will renumber all of the subsequent tabs based on this value.
Print only Selected Performers: This option will print coordinates for only the performers that are currently selected.
Print File: This is the name of the PDF file that will be saved.
Create Print File (PDF): This creates the PDF file of the drill charts.
Cancel: This will cancel the print window.
Options
Report Type: These options will change the coordinate report type from Director to Performer.
Step Resolution: This option will round the coordinate to the nearest value selected. Options include Whole, Half, Third, Quarter, Tenth, Sixteenth.
Print Measures: This option prints the measure information from the production sheet.
Print Set Numbers: This option will print the set number on the coordinate.
Print Transition Counts: This option prints the transitional counts for the set.
Print Date and Time of Printout: This option prints the current date and time when the coordinates are printed.
Set Title: This option prints the set title.
Print Hash Label: This option prints the label of the designated hash on the coordinate.
Grid Layout: Select the grid layout you want to use when printing the charts.
Append Continuation Drills: This will merge coordinates from performers in continuation drills onto one printout.
Terms
Left Side: Enter the desired term for the left side of the field in the director’s view.
Right Side: Enter the desired term for the right side of the field in the director’s view.
Top: Enter the desired term for the top of the field in the directors view.
Bottom: Enter the desired term for the left side of the field in the director’s view.
Inside: Enter the desired term for referencing the inside or towards the center of the field.
Outside: Enter the desired term for referencing the outside or towards the edge of the field.
In Front Of: Enter the desired term for referencing towards the bottom of the field.
Behind: Enter the desired term for referencing towards the top of the field.
Steps: Enter the desired term for referencing a step.
Horizontal Yard Line: Enter the desired term for referencing the Horizontal Division Lines.
Vertical Yard Line: Enter the desired term for referencing the Vertical Division Lines.
Sideline: Enter the desired term for referencing the Sidelines.
Hash: Enter the desired term for referencing the Hashes.
Reset to Defaults: Resets the terms to the program defaults.
Saved Print Files
Saved Files Table: This table will show all printed files available.
Trash: This will delete the print file from your computer.
Printer: This will open the PDF file for you to print or share.
Delete print files after ___ Days: This will set the auto deleting of the print files to preserve space on the computer. Files are only deleted from the Print Files Folder in the Pyware 3D folder. Any files moved out of this folder are no longer modified.
