Utilities Menu

Utilities Menu is found in the menu bar and provides customization, setup, and support tools to streamline your design process.

• Shortcut Editor: Create or modify keyboard shortcuts for faster access to tools and commands.
• Tool Palette Editor: Customize the appearance and layout of your tool palettes for a workspace that fits your workflow.
• Cast List Editor: Manage your cast (performer list). Change symbol, color, label, name, number, notes, height and designer category. Use this to organize performers for clear tracking in drill design.
• Grid Designer: Edit or design custom field grids. Adjust yard lines, hash marks, sub division lines and step grid increments to match your performance venue.
• Production Sheet: View and edit the Production Sheet, which tracks sets, counts, transitions, measures, note info for performers and directors and tempo changes across the entire movement.
• Text Template Editor: Opens the Text Template Editor Dialog for creating custom Text Templates to be used in drills.
• Help Tutorials: Opens the Help Tutorials Dialog.
• Drill Author / Publisher Information: Opens the Drill Author Dialog to enter Copyright and Author information for the drill.
• About: View version information and software details for your Pyware installation.
