The Media List contains all video and audio for the selected book. You can play any audio or video by selecting it from the Media List.
To open the Media List, select the Activity Menu from a book’s Table of Contents.
The menu at the top of the Media List contains all 
(Video Lessons) and 
(Practice Tracks) files. To play a lesson, tap the lesson in the Media List. If the lesson is a video, the video will begin to play once it has loaded. If the lesson is an audio file, the Play Exercise portion of IPS will load.

The tuner displays the difference in pitch of whatever note you're playing.
To use the Tuner, you'd select the Tuner option from the main menu. When the Tuner opens, select your instrument from the drop-down menu. Once your instrument is selected, play the note you wish to tune. The meter will vary to the left or right, depending on if you are flat or sharp on the note being played.

From the Main menu of the app, select "Buy Products", then choose the appropriate book series and book you wish to add. At this point you will be presented with 3 options to purchase; the "Digital Book (Special)" option will allow you to input your book's code to access the special pricing.

I am using IPS on th iPad, and there is no media in the media list. Clicking on media within the digital book brings up a dialog that says it is not available.
