Lindsay,

Which Bastien New Traditions book are you not seeing on the store?

Lindsay wrote: Aug 21, 2017

The book I purchased, Bastien New Traditions, is not even listed in "Get Products." I followed the directions and am supposed to have access.

Tina,

To record a lesson you would click on the Microphone icon and then you will be able to record your lesson.

Internet is required to access the book content, pages, audio, video and extras. You can download the book information to be used when you do not have internet. To do so, choose the manage storage option in the menu button at the bottom of the screen when you are in your book. This will allow you to choose what content you would like to download to be used when you do not have an internet connection.

If you purchased the Media Only or used your code for the Free Media Only, then you will only have access to the audio, video and extras content. If you would like to see the pages for the book you would need to purchase and download the digital book.

At this point there is not an option to add notes to the page. I have submitted your request to our development team.

You can't even record. No internet access, you should be at least able to write on the pages. There isn't any pages. I purchased one and I expected it to have pages because I would of used this app when I didn't have my book. This app is kinda useless in my opinion. Please fix this.

Stuart,

Thank you for addressing your concerns and your feedback with our app. I'm passing this one on to our developers and copying Kjos in the correspondence; you should hear from us via email shortly as I believe our developers need a bit of information about your current set up.

Susan,

Thanks for the feedback! We'll forward your concerns to the book publisher, Kjos Music, for adjusting the content.

I need to be able to download entire directors book for off line use at concerts where I don't have Internet access. The pages are alsomextremelynslow to turn. Honestly it would be far more useful to have the directors book as a complete PDFs file with active links to use in a music reader app like forScore. I expected the same quality from a company like Kjos and Pyware thatbInhad from a little startup like forScore. My experience with this app and these electronic versions of the directors scores is extremely disappointing. I feel like the end use of the application was not well thought out. As another example of problems with the app, there is no way for me to select a class compliment audio interface for recording input and output as a real professional application should support and I have to use the headphone jack rather than a good quality interface. I'd hoped for much more and now feel I've wasted a lot of money. (But have commit3d my whole band program to this series. Please address these issues!)

I just purchased the digital edition of the Bastien New Traditions Primer A. When I use the PDF link for worksheet pages, the answers are already given in the PDF. I'd prefer a page that allows students to do the work.
