Thank you SO MUCH for the suggestions. One thing I discovered that was not clear. When you copy and then paste the part of the arc you want to shift the performs in you have to assign the NEW open spot (on the end) to the X position that is off the grid. This worked really well.

Shifting positions when someone drops
Does anybody know how to just shift everybody over one position in a curve or an arc to cover a hole? When I have to delete a position often just moving everybody else over into the hole would solve the problem but I do not know an easy way to do it. It is especially hard when a follow the leader is...

Transfer an animation to a dvd or video tape
How would I go about getting the animation on a dvd disc or a camcorder tape so that I can project it on the big screen in the band room without having my laptop there?

3D Startup Error
I keep getting an error message when I start up the program. The title is 3D Startup Error and below it says "3D configuration files appear to be damaged or missing". When I click OK the whole progam goes away. I have to reboot to open 3D again but then there are no graphics in the left lower little...
