Printing one chart

Post by PywareTechSupport » Fri Dec 09, 2005 9:26 am

To print one chart you will need to go to the File menu and choose Print Charts. In the print charts dialog, below the print column there is a shortcut to select what pages to print. Select "None" from this menu and then click the check box of the page that you would like to print. Then click Print/Preview. On the print preview screen Click Print, you will then be taken to the Mac OS print dialog were you will have the option in the lower left corner to save as a PDF. Click on this option and then select your PDF options and press Save. This will save the printed chart as a PDF file.

PDF for Windows

Post by PywareTechSupport » Mon Jan 09, 2006 3:53 pm

This information is from our Update suggestion forums.
You can use this software to create PDF files on Windows.

If you'll install the free pdf995 program onto your computer, you can then create pdf files easily. Just click print and select pdf995 as your printer and it will save your file as a pdf."

PDF Utilities

PrimoPDF from ActivePDF (www.primopdf.com) is an excellent PDF printing utility if you do not own Acrobat as well. I know it works with Windows. Do not know about the Mac.
