When I Set a Morph to "Lock Intervals", I'm forced to have a certain end at the "Fixed Point".

Another way to say it... I want the Left-Most Position to move to a specific point, and the Right-Most Position could fall in where they may according to "Locked Intervals", BUT everything forces me to do the opposite.

Clear Enough? Can you help?

The lock intervals funtion locks then intervals from the end where the first person in the matching order is. To change this do a regroup all and group them in the reverse order.
