What are some startup programs which will allow pyware to open?

I have installed pyware on my external hard drive. Everytime I try to open it, the question is asked," choose a program to open". I have tried every program on the computer, but each program usually say that its not compatable or it cant open this program.

The Pyware 3D will run on its own once you have the program installed. It sounds like you have not properly installed the software.
Please reinstall the software.

Okay I have reinstalled the program and now it wont let me register using my serial number.
