I'm sure this is printed somewhere in the manual, but I can't locate it.

Is there a way to combine (cut & paste) a design from one drill and add it to the beginning, middle, or end of another drill? (And I'm not talking about a production file).

You can copy forms from one drill and paste them to another drill.
First open the drill and select the form you would like to copy and select Copy from the Edit Menu.
Then open the file you would like to paste the form to.
Select the performers you would like to apply the form to then select paste from the Edit Menu.
Then match the perfomers to the new form.
