Indoor Floors

Post by NBWalrus » Tue Jan 07, 2014 12:54 pm

Hello. I've been struggling with understanding the set-up of the Grid Designer for a winter floor. I'm currently trying to create an 80'x50' grid and for whatever reason I can't get the North-to-South measurements look like the East-to-West. The squares on the grid are always taller than they are wide, so my grid always has depth issues.

It has created some issues for me recently and I'm struggling to make this work correctly. I'm also struggling to understand the measurements in the Grid Designer. 13.0ft, -13.0 ft. I'm not sure how wide I need to make the measurements match an 80' floor.

Any help would be great.

It all depends on what stride size you are wanting to set the floor to.
Do you want 1 step = 22.5 inches?
Do you want 1 step = 30 inches?
Do you want 1 step = 12 inches?

This all needs to be taken in to account.

If you have a Facebook account we also have many indoor grids setup and available in our users group.

If your grid size and or style is not set up in that list we can also have a grid created for you.

Please let us know what grid step size you would like to have the grid setup on.
Thank you
