Another custom fabric

I just got a drill commission, and I would like to use the Real View for the finished product, but I'm afraid that at this late date, I won't have time to figure out how to edit fabrics effectively. Can you help me out? It is certainly not necessary to get the lettering, which is quite abundant on this uniform, but it would be nice to get the general layout. The hat will have a white plume.

I believe they are solid black with no stripe. Shoes also black. Sorry I didn't mention that before.
