What now?

It is probably just me, but since the version that introduced fabrics, I have not found any User Manuals or instructions. What I HAVE figured out has been through trial and error. Are there instructions somewhere that I missed?

Also, I have submitted the uniform pictures, but I have no idea what to do next. Do I receive an e-mail with the "fabric"? Has it already been converted and is an update in the pyware program? Anyone have a "how to"?
