Street light prop

Dustin,
Not sure if this is the best place to put this request. But I have issues with props making the files super huge. You mentioned bringing them into Photoshop but I do not have access to that. Is there a way you could create a Street light prop 8 to 10 ft. tall, like the one used in Singing in the rain, that wont cause my file to implode.
