help importing?

Hello,

I just requested a uniform, and it looks great - thanks so much! However, I'm having trouble getting the hat to work. In the Document Option "Real View" window, I try to import the helmet the same way I imported the uniform, and it looks like it's successful, BUT whatever hat I try to load the fabric into is "grayed out". It shows the fabric in the fabric folder, but as though its somehow not selected. I'm probably missing something obvious - help?

got it to work in a different drill - weird!
