In creating a drill, I am trying to implement half time marching for a move, however, when I select the pace tool I do not have that option. What am I doing wrong here?

I found that I can change this when in 3D perspective but do not have the option in classic mode.

Go to File> Application options> Ease of Access and increase the UI Scale by 1 tick and then restart the software. This will remedy that until the 9.0.1 version is released.
