I followed the directions to get my custom fabric uniform loaded for animation in version 9.1.1. But, the separate image file for the Shako cover isn't popping up in the list to be used in the animation. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

Please make sure you have followed the instructions below to add your fabric to the drill.

Yes, I have put both the image files for the uniform and Shako in the "Fabrics" folder.

The issue is using the Shako file in Pyware. The lower half of the "Document Options --> Real View Options" window -- where you set "starting visuals" is the only place I see to edit what headwear the performers are wearing. Those menus, when opened, do not list my Shako image file as an option. How do I get it listed there?

Unless I am just supposed to use only the Shako image file in the upper half for the "Male Marcher 1" fabric?

Thanks again!

Jonathan

In the document options Real View section you click on the Pencil icon to the right of the Shako Plume 1. This will open the file browser so that you can locate your fabric image. Once you have selected this your Shako 1 will be showing your fabric now instead of the default.

If you go to the "3D Basic / 3D Interactive / 3D Professional" Forum, the bottom-most thread is called "Pyware 3d Realview Fabrics". In that thread, I posted pictures of a student in uniform, and asked that somebody make the Custom Realview Fabric image file. There are several people who take care of those requests out of their own time. They uploaded the image files, and then I followed the directions to put them into my drill files.
