Printing
Post

Wow - two posts in as many days.
I go to print a file and pretty much nothing happens. The icon rotates, no data goes to the printer, and I end up executing a force quit on the application. Same deal as if trying to create a pdf file.
Anyone else experience this, or am I just extremely lucky this weekend?

What version of the program are you running on? This will help me diagnose the problem.

If you are running on OS 10.4.* you will need to have 3D Java version 2.1.0 or greater in order to print properly. This update can be found on our updates page of our website. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

I am having the same problem running Version 4.0.4 on Windows XP. It works fine on my notebook, but is doing nothing on my desktop.
Any thoughts?
