dot font size in performers' practice tools

Long story short... I downloaded ppt and drill on one computer (win xp, Pentium III), switched to a different computer (win xp, P4) downloaded everything as before, and now all the dots are just the letters used on the keyboard used to enter the correct symbols... and they're HUGE. Like 4 steps across.

I've tried all kinds of things including moving and replacing font files in the appropriate directory, changing seemingly mundane computer settings, and re-installing ppt (clean and over the old install) after changing anything. I'm stuck.

This is caused by the program not being able to find the font. This is remedied by installing the PyView font in to the system fonts folder.

The PyView.ttf may be downloaded from the following link.
http://www.pyware.com/product_downloads/pyview.zip

Installing Pyview Font on Windows:

1. Download and unzip the pyview.tt font
2. Go to the Start menu
3. Open the Control Panel
4. Click on Fonts
5. Then Drag the Pyview.ttf file into the Fonts folder.
6. Restart the iPAS Viewer.

Installing PyView Font on Mac:

1. Download and unzip the pyview.tt font
2. Open the Hard Drive
3. Open the Library Folder
4. Open the Fonts Folder
5. Drag the Pyview.ttf file into the Fonts folder.
6. Restart the iPAS Viewer.

That didn't do it, but the advice lead me to the answer. I copied all 3 fonts (the three windows thinks are fonts anyway) from \lib\fonts to the windows font folder and everything is back as it was.

Thanks for all the help.
