Cast Sheet not saving

I went into my Cast Sheet and assigned all of my band members by name to my drill. The next day when I came back to reprint the coordinate sheets, their names had disappeared. I will say that I was saving my drill to the school server and NOT to my local computer. Could that have something to do with the names disappearing? Any other ideas on how to fix this issue???

What version of 3D are you running?
What Operating system?
