Window always on top in 5.0.8 (PC)

Just made the upgrade to 5.0.8 on my Windows XP SP3 PC. A new issue I am having is the main program application window is always on top. Since I have an auto-hiding taskbar, I have to click the minimize button to see other things like email alerts, etc. This is not at all a deal breaker in any way. My solution was to not have the application run full screen and instead be an almost full screen window with a little extra room on the bottom to allow for the taskbar to pop up. Again, not a big deal, just something that has changed between 507 and 508.
