Pyware not Loading Up

I click the "3D" Pyware icon to load up Pyware so I can input my activation code and all of that. What happens is that a box pops up and says "Configuring you Pyware 3D Installation..." and then another line that says "Configuration completed successfully..." and there are two boxes within the box that say "Quit" and "Continue" but they are not clickable. Then, before I can really do anything else, the entire box just vanishes and nothing happens. I'll attach an image of the box that pops up. I am using this program for a college course and this is stopping me from completing my assignments. Please, please, please help.
