Adding counts to a drill file

Just wondering if I am missing something obvious...

I have 4 counts that I have added to a drill file in order to slow down a transition - from 8 counts to 12 counts. The drill still animates at 8 counts. Do I need to redesign this particular drill set to the new page tab or is there a step that I am missing when adding counts to the drill file?

Again, this seems obvious to me, but here I am.

To refloat the transition you will need to highlight the forms on the page where you added the counts.
Choose the morph tool and then accept form. T
his will refloat the form to animate properly over the new counts.
