Rotation Tool Problem

I am currently experiencing a problem with the tool. When I want to rotate multiple groups in (Example = Diamond Cutter ) it wont allow me to do it. Instead it splits the group up and tries to rotate the form in a diferent way. Also when I have a large group of multiple squads.It wont allow me to even use accept to try it. It is also a problem for multiple line rotations ( Gate Rotations ). I have to go through and rotate each group 1 at a time. I am currently running 4.2.2 on Windows XP . Any help woul be appreciated.

I am unable to repeat this issue on my end. Could you choose to regroup all of the positions and then use the rotate function again. If you are unable to accept the form try test animating the form first then accept.
