Print Process freezes

Vista on an HP machinge. Have installed the latest upgrade. After going to Print/Print Preview the P/P screen comes up. When I click on Print or Page Setup everything freezes. The printer is working fine with all other programs. I was using the same computer and same printer last summer with an 4.2.9 without any problems. Any ideas?

Never mind. Solved the issue myself. It seems I had been a conflict with my Photo Shop. I had been getting the "apdproxy.exe has failed to start becuase ConnAPI.DLL was not found." I had to remove the NokiaManager.mox file from the C:Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 6.0\moxplugins folder. Don't know why, but that solved the problem??!!
