Pyware won't open

Hi, I'm running windows 7 and pyware won't open at all. When I try to open it, I get the message asking if I'll allow my computer to open it, and after I click yes, nothing happens. It was working just fine yesterday. I haven't changed anything in pyware or on my computer and I have absolutely no clue why it would be doing this. I even tried running the uninstaller so I could re-install it, but even that won't open. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
