Problems deauthorizing for lab update

I'm in the process of updating the lab where I have Pyware 3D installed and I am having issues deauthorizing a machine. When I try to deauthorize the machine it comes back saying "Incorrect logon to Pyware FTP site." The lease on these machines is expiring soon and classes start within about two weeks so I need to swap them out as soon as possible.
