Printing to PDF

One more quickie. Did something change in the way that PyWare sends info to printers? I've always in the past printed to my Acrobat to create my own PDF files. Now, moving up to 5.1, it is no longer sending the symbols of my dots to Acrobat. Same thing happens with PDFCreator. Fortunately I can use the Save as PDF function that has been added, but the file sizes are nearly 10x larger than what I had been doing myself in the past. Thoughts?
EDIT: Seems to be font related. I'm using pyjava.ttf This wasn't a problem before, I wonder if it is similar to what happened with the 5.0 upgrade... Will test it out more after I get some sleep.
