Cannot Open Perfomer's Practice Tools

Hello everyone, I just discovered that I have an issue when I try to open the the 3D Performer's Practice Tools on my computer. When I click on the program, I get an error message that reads: "Could not create the Java Virtual Machine". I have tried updated my Java software, but the message still pops up. I also tried updating the Pyware, but that didn't work either. My OS is Windows Service Pack 3. Any help is appreciated!
