FTL problems

Ok so my follow the leader only includes three people and for the life of me i could not figure out how to get the other two people to follow the leader. I looked through the manual and did exactly what it says is there some sort of minimum number of people allowed to be in a FTL. Please help.

In order to have the performers follow the leader they have to be grouped together in one form. This is done with the Knife/Glue tool.
