Layout on startup

When I write, I like to have the perspective window minimized, and in the space next to the "Reference" drop down menu to the end of the screen.

But after I close and reopen Pyware, the left corner of the perspective window is still next to "Reference", but the window length is back to almost full screen length, and I have to drag it over, resize the window, then minimize it again and move it back to its place.

Is there somewhere I can set it so that when I open Pyware the window is already where I'd like it to be?

Maybe another feature that could be added is a default layout of: the tool bar/perspective window/step size dialog box upon startup.
