Can't activate my liscense

Hi all,

I am having problems to activate my 3D basic on my mac.
I have installed the 3D v5 program but when it opens the application, it only prompt me to either purchase online or continue to use the demo version. I've tried to uninstall and install the application again but to no avail, please help
