The 3D does not support MP3 files. I will have the manual corrected. You can use the ogg file format. For conversion information please reference our audio convertors page at http://www.pyware.com/audioconvertors.html

Re: Support for MP3
Is Pyware ever going to fix this glaring omission in it's product? When using a program of 3Ds level (and price) it is ridiculous to have to convert audio files of a very standard format into a much more obscure one.
Re: Support for MP3
I am sorry for the inconvenience. The manual was corrected as per our last conversation. If you are having issues converting the audio file to wav, ogg or midi we would be happy to assist you in converting the files or we can convert the files for you to one of those formats.
Thank you

Re: Support for MP3
It can't use them, contrary to the manual. In iTunes or just about any kind of audio converter, you can use the settings there to convert the file to a WAV audio file.
I enjoy charting military drills. Let me know if you need any assistance with one of them.
