SOLVED: Cannot create production - no drills listed

I am attempting to create a production. I have three drills completed and would like to combine them. They are located properly in the /Drills folder. When I select 'New Production' and get to the Drills step, there are no drills listed in the left hand pane. It is completely empty. I can open the drills separately as normal. What am I doing wrong?

You will need to save the Drill file as a package in order to be available to be imported to a production.

Of course. Somewhere in the back of my brain I knew that. When you only use this program once a year it is hard to remember the details...
