"Audio Player not ready, please wait......"

Pyware 3DPRO 7.0.3

I open up an existing file AND tried a new one, I cannot sync the music. (wav) I tried to just play through the drill without the music and it won't play. Please help. There's gotta be a way to NOT switch the audio to OGG.

I have ProTools and Audition, none can convert...

This is so frustrating. AUDACITY KEEPS CRASHING SO EVEN IF I WANTED TO CHANGE THE FILE TO OGG I CAN'T!!! I need to get these projects done by Tuesday.
