Real View doesn't work

I downloaded Pyware 3D Basic v7.0.3 last week (paid for the full version) and every time I open it, it says that it is unable to start real view perspective. The real view is the only major change worth upgrading from my previous version and I am hoping for a solution to make it work. Any ideas?

I have a Dell Inspiron N5040 laptop with a 2.53Ghz Intel i3 processor and 4.0GB of RAM (3.8 GB usable RAM). I have Windows 7 (64-bit). It uses Intel HD graphics card and is compatible with Open GL 2.1. I have updated the Intel HD driver (as well as every other update I could think of).
