When I use the rotation tool to make a stationary pivot pinwheel, the stationary pivot doesn't turn with the rest of the group. It's definitely a liveable quirk, but it's still a quirk.
I enjoy charting military drills. Let me know if you need any assistance with one of them.

Since there is no motion for the facing to follow you would need to adjust the facing accordingly to create the effect you are looking for.

I will see what we can add to have the accomplished in the tool, but that should give you the effect you are looking for.
